Hello and welcome to our site!

My name is Karey Sayre. I am Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO for PM Training Services Corp, a 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on Program and Project related support and educational services.

I received my Master of Science, Management Information Systems and Graduate Certificate in Systems Analysis in 2007 from the University of Maryland University College. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and Disciplined Agile Scrum Manager (DASM)® through the Project Management Institute, Certified Scrum Master (CSM)® through the Scrum Alliance, and prior Department of Homeland Security Program Manager, and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR).

Prior to co-founding PM Training Services Corp, I was honored to serve in several notable endeavors including organizational representation in a multi-billion-dollar acquisition program, multiple information technology initiatives, a human resources validation committee, an executive skills development program, and development and delivery of White House briefings. My award highlights include the Humanitarian Service Medal, two Meritorious Team Commendations, Marine Corps honor graduate, distinguished educational leadership finalist, Coast Guard Commendation Medal, three Coast Guard Achievement Medals, two Kuwaiti Liberation Medals, a Korean Defense Service Medal, two special operations service awards, and multiple faculty excellence awards.

My non-profit memberships include SC Together, Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), the Project Management Institute (PMI), and GovExec, Government Insight Panel.
